💫 I help people activate their true nature so they can live a joyful life.

❤️ We all want to live our best life but sometimes life throws us curve balls and we get confused. I guide others to easily find clarity on their path forward by leading from wisdom rather than from fear and how to tell the difference.

💡Sought by those in the corporate world as well as private clients and friends, I am regularly told I offer a helpful perspective they don’t find anywhere else.

How did I come by this work?

🧘🏻‍♀️In 1994 while on a yoga and meditation retreat — my first time doing either practice — I had a spiritual awakening. Strange sensations moved through my body and a clear voice told me to return to my chosen field of psychology and to work directly with people.

🌠The mysteries of life that I had long wondered about began to be revealed. I returned to school and earned a PhD in Transpersonal Psychology. I worked with organizations and leaders on how to bring out the best in people and teams.

✨I developed a super power while working in the fast-paced business world: quickly assessing people dynamics and offering approaches that are simple to use and strikingly effective in bringing out the best in everyone involved.

🌎 I have further expanded to reach more people using tech tools and broadcast media, which brought me to Clubhouse.
