Portrait Photographer for Women. Celebrating the Modern Woman, I'm a contemporary, fashion-inspired portrait photographer based in Metro Raleigh-Durham, NC. It's become my life's work to make a difference in the world of others. Transforming the way people see and experience themselves through portraiture, especially women, I have witnessed time and time again how life-changing it can be. As a woman, when you sit before my camera, it's not about perfection, but rather a return to femininity and that certain sparkle that makes you uniquely you. Now who am I personally... I am girl still trying to figure out this thing called life. I can be as immature as a 12 year old boy... and with the blink of an eye can talk passionately about something that speaks my love language. My gift and curse is my keen ability to see beauty in everything. I am raising two AMAZING sons... they are the coolest dudes I know. I am avid supporter of the autism community. My youngest is on the spectrum. Inspired by my gorgeous little man, I created a cause platform called The Painted Chair Project donating my time as a photographer to various autism related projects. The work I have been privileged to participate in has forever changed me. Now I can’t leave out that I am a total dog lover.... and that travel makes my heart sing... there is just sooooo much more to know... but this is the perfect place to hit the period button and stop. xo
