Bio

I am a former TV reporter turned PR Strategist, Media Coach and entrepreneur. I have more than 15 years of experience working in the Canadian media industry as a producer, writer, and reporter for CTV, Global, CP24 and the CBC.

I founded She’s Newsworthy Media to help amplify the voices of women in the media because their expertise is underrepresented. In the last 5 years I have helped over 40 women land media spots on the most popular TV and radio shows including The Social, CP24 Breakfast, Global News Morning and CBC's Metro Morning.

I have also been featured in the Toronto Star and on Global News and CTV speaking about imposter syndrome, women in business and the need for more inclusive marketing.
