專長｜芳療諮詢、巴赫花精諮詢、牌卡解讀
⚠️精油本質「不溶於水」，且是「高濃縮」具「揮發性」物質，芳療中會把精油直接用於薰香，或者跟植物油調和稀釋後再塗抹肌膚。
🈲芳療中不會把精油當成保健食品口服，不會當保養品每天直接塗抹肌膚，不會直接滴入水中泡澡泡腳🆖
🤲🏻要接觸肌膚的話，10毫升植物油（橄欖油、椰子油這類）加入總共5滴精油是適合一般成人抹臉保養的精油濃度喔！
