After being violently assaulted, my life fell apart. I got divorced, lost my friends, and I went on disability for PTSD, anxiety, autoimmune, and neurological issues. Through mindfulness and energy work I was able to heal my emotions, my energy field and my limiting beliefs which restored my body and soul.
I believe if I can do it, anyone can do it. Through energy work and mindfulness, I support open minded women to create self-love, compassionate relationships and inner peace through emotional transformation.
