My story is that I spent over 20 years working in finance and ended up becoming ill from work related stress, experienced severe anxiety, depression, was overweight, unfit, not sleeping and was non functioning. I have transformed to drop 52lbs, achieved certification to personally train others and I draw upon strength and conditioning, yoga, Pilates and HIIT + more techniques to help my clients achieve their goals.
