Sheila Fejeran is a Broker Associate with eXp Realty. Her motto is “Autographed with Excellence” and her goal in working with each agent and client. Her plan is to make sure she understands exactly what you are trying to accomplish and use her coaching, marketing and systems to help you achieve Your Goal.

In this ever-changing industry, Sheila stays on the cutting edge of technology while continuously prioritizing “YOU.” The personal service she has always been known for comes from a direct result of her high-tech, high-touch approach.

Sheila Fejeran started dreaming and designing homes as a child, sketching out floor plans in her school notebooks. With this love of homes and construction, Sheila originally began her career in the new home sales business, working to design floor plans and custom homes for some of the top builders in the metroplex. With almost two decades of experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge about construction, which serves the agent community and clients she works with.

With a double degree in Speech Communications and Radio, Television and Film, Sheila understands the importance and power of marketing. She worked for many years for Radio stations in the mid-west and east coast as a Sales Trainer.

When combining Sheila’s training and experience in marketing, her construction background and her experience as a professional trainer, this gives you an agent that brings what you need to be able to reach your goal. She works to stand out from the rest and has a team that supports her, which allows her the time to focus personal attention that each agent and client deserves and results they can rely on.

When not serving her clients, Sheila is passionate about God, her family, learning and serving. Her personal motto is “continuously improving” and is up at 5am on the treadmill spending time in prayer and studying her Bible to prepare her mind for the day. As a mother of two college boys, she loves watching them enjoy sports and music. Sheila and her sons love traveling and serving the poor and needy with a non-profit she has been working with for 30 years, HOPE Worldwide. She also loves coffee, and spending time with her friends.
