Founder and Director of Freelance Hairdressers’ Association (FHA)
Freelance Hairdresser
Passionate about education and community
I started as a Saturday girl, learned my craft at London College of Fashion, became a salon owner followed by freelancing before it was accepted as it is today.
I set up the Freelance Hairdressers’ Association (FHA) 28 years ago to give a voice to the freelance sector which at the time had no representation in the industry.
THE Freelance Hairdressers’ Association (FHA)
The FHA has grown into a community where hairdressers can share ideas, pick up advice and get involved with like minded people so that they are not out working on their own.
IT’S GOOD TO TALK!
We have a virtual Staff Room where conversation flows plus many benefits which include free training sessions with the best in the industry, special events and the support of the major colour brands.
WE CAN SAVE YOU MONEY!
We have money saving opportunities when buying stock and equipment and an insurance policy specific to the freelance sector is included in the membership if required.
