After 9/11 I wanted to be in the health field. I witnessed a lot of things walking Home that day. That year I became a home health aide. Two years after that I became a certified nursing assistant. I worked in all five boroughs of New York City taking care of hospice and nursing home patients as well as clients with dementia. What I love mostly about the job is going to work every day and see the consumers face light up when I arrive.It makes me feel so good about my job working as a DSP I get to know each of the individual and just care about them. You have to have a heart to do this type of job! It motivates me to come to work so I can take care of that.
