More about me:
I grew up in the busy streets of Philadelphia, and attended schools in the neighboring suburbs. I always struggled with being labeled as not "hood enough” for the streets, or “proper enough” for the suburbs. I never quite fit in with either crowd, so I found solace between the pages of my journal, releasing my innermost thoughts and penning my every desire. My passion for capturing my emotions turned into creating magnetic stories of Black love from the feelings that stirred deep within. I went from penning in my journal to creating soul stirring stories of Black love with an urban twist. Finally finding the courage to share my love of writing with the world, I released my debut novel in July of 2020.
