I have been living a life chasing the carrot. Attempting to please everyone but never finding the full garden.

Fast forward to April lockdown. After months of asking friends how the koolaid tasted, I tried it. I had a plan, try it, shoots holes in it and bow out after 2 months. I can’t afford it anyways.

😳😳Ummm, still here and still loving it. I am still in awe of the healthy changes, the number of people I have helped and are Thriving in life! My goal is to help as many people as I can. I want to help them feel better and guide or coach them in anyway I can.
