Sharon Moatshe is a 26 year old mother, family woman, versatile speaker and nascent entrepreneur. Sharon has a degree in Public Relations and is currently reading for her Masters in PR at CPUT.
Sharon has worked in radio, in communications, in the NGO field and currently owns and manages Sharon's Cafe in Woodstock Cape Town. Sharon's Cafe is a hub for all things Sharon, from hosting events, connecting upcoming entrepreneurs with investors to blogging and v-logging on the best offerings in food and accommodation as well as making collaborations for good deeds prosper.
Sharon's worldview is that of a South Africa that is balanced around hard work, ethical conduct and a fun-filled lifestyle that is purposeful and of impact to those less fortunate than herself. To this end, Sharon's business interests contribute towards making NGO Dzhavhelo Empowerment leverage off her experience in the non-profit sector to continue supporting a better education in South Africa. Dzhavhelo Empowerment runs a young writers competition, Young Minds of Mzansi, along with other cutting edge interventions in the education ecosystem.
Sharon’s entrepreneurial spirit is manifest in the number of successful ventures she undertakes at once. From running an upmarket Café to motivational speaking and partnering with the Bookery www.thebookery.org.za, Sharon is also striving for a better version of herself by pursuing a master’s degree studies in Public Relations.
