Sharmila Udiavar on Clubhouse

Bio

As a long-term meditator and practitioner of yoga with a passion for world travel, Sharmila brings a unique, grounded approach to her teaching work internationally.

Sharmila holds a Masters degree in Biochemistry, and worked for over 22 years on diagnostics for diabetes and other chronic diseases. She has been teaching with the Art of Living Foundation for over 17 years and trains volunteers and teachers through inspirational programs across the world, including Ireland, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Lebanon, as well as home in the United States.

She specializes in starting new regions by leading programs and speaking events at universities, city halls, NGOs, large corporations, as well as public venues. Through tailoring her approach to each area, she is able to swiftly uplift new communities and set the groundwork for continuous growth in the future.
