Shari holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. From an early age she gravitated towards servant leadership opportunities and connecting with people all over the globe. After a stop in the corporate world where she worked across all brands of Marriott International for their three worldwide offices, she parlayed her experience in international lodging development into real estate. Over the past 17 years in the industry, she and her teams have sold thousands of homes, built multiple franchise brokerages and ancillary businesses, pioneered opening worldwide regions, recruited over 600 people to the company, and has taught in multiple countries for the number one real estate company in the world, Keller Williams. Now as the CEO of her holding company, The Delta Venture Corporation, and Operating Principal of her KW franchise, she focuses on helping others live their dreams and build wealth. In her belief that our people (our human capital) are our greatest asset in every company, she has taken courses and studied and taught thousands of hours on how to attract and retain top talent by using proven systems, tools and models. Shari continues to lead her businesses by building authentic environments and company cultures that no one wants to leave!
