I am a builder. Passionate about the intersection of creativity, technology and entertainment, I champion the critical role that design plays in business and in people’s daily lives.

Success to me is not being able to recall where a great idea started or whose it was initially when I know that as a team we brought something magical to life.

I appreciate humility, honesty and collaboration and believe teams are like families and that they deserve the utmost respect and loyalty.

As a team leader, I believe in pushing people just beyond their comfort zone but always being there for them as they make their way because I believe that's where the real magic happens.

Relentless in my pursuit of great ideas, I embrace the chaos that comes along with the creative process.

I'm comfortable holding the reigns while the team explores and guiding them to the finish line, but also relish the opportunity to get in deep and really do the work necessary to make it great.

I believe in people…. I'm a die-hard people-person.

I believe in a fun, supportive, safe environment, where designers can explore and push the edge of what they think they might be capable of... and then taking them further.

I never expect anything from someone else that I wouldn't of myself.
