❤️Lifelong Mental Wellness Advocate with 18 years of Experience in the Mental Health Community providing Intensive Case Management Services to youth and adults. Currently, I’m at the first step of building an encore career by earning my BSN in route to becoming a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.

🌍My mission is to assist inter-generational Black and Brown Women (emphatically known as SISTERS) like myself to reduce Stress, Anxiety and Depression by becoming Courageous , Compassionate and Connected to our Purpose while aligned with a Community of likeminded women.

🌺Through the vessels of self-care practice, education, culturally-competent therapy and intimate virtual and live wellness events, SISTERS will be equipped with a “Toolbox” to fix any barriers they encounter, repair any relationships that prevent growth and inevitably build their desired life.

🎯 I want to effectively fundraise to continue providing no-to-low cost programs for Women and grow our organization to be a leader in the global Wellness Community.
