🧎🏾‍♀️ I was an overachieving people pleasing chameleon who thought being perfect was the the answer.

💡I realized that showing up for each title I embodied helped me wear a mask and distracted me from my emptiness.

🧠 I decided to choose me by looking within and applying my communication degree to re-connect with myself, and discover my voice.

🗣 Haven’t stopped using it and I empower women to do the same!
