I am a passionate mental health advocate, values driven, and an emerging infopreneur. ❤️❤️❤️

Today I am looking for ways to spend time working with companies and individuals to build their emotional intelligence surrounding mental health. My mission is to be a catalyst for us living in a world where no one feels alone in their personal struggles and doesn’t fear losing their jobs. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I was diagnosed with bipolar II disorder in late 2016 when I was two weeks away from my interview for admission into the partnership at PwC. It took me some time but I owned my story and shared my struggles as I went through them at work. By being vulnerable and open I really built relationships of trust with my bosses, peers and staff while I was able to heal while working at the same time. Although ultimately my employment with my employer ended I took many great things away from the way I handed my mental health struggle and breaking down the stigma for myself and others in the company. 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
