Running is meditative for me. Long distance running is about diving deep in to the unknown & discovering oneself. Long distance running has helped me in transcending my limitations, unleashing my inner greatness & most importantly suatain it over time.

My best is 220 KMS on trail in 37 hour's.. My best is 161 KMS on trail is 28 hour's.. I have run some of the toughest ultras in India including Ladakh, Ooty, Rann of Kutch, Malnad , Garhwal .

Transformed myself from 92 kg to a running machine..

We are not built to run 100 , 200 KMS but we are capable of it .

The human mind is definitely the most powerful muscle & a strong mind can push you through any reasonable obstacle..

I deliver lectures on " How to leverage your mind "

Also have a job. But the designation on my visiting card doesn't define me , I have so much more to offer.

Our dreams are more powerful than our memories.
