Based in Japan. Currently a doctoral student.
My current area of research includes international and comparative public policy particularly policy change, STI policy and developing countries and relationship between technological change and migration.
My hobbies are to read books on history and philosophy, watch reruns of Game of Thrones and exploring and traveling to new places in Japan and abroad.
