Shadae Carlisa Williams, M.Ed is the Spiritual Alchemist & Reiki Master. She is the proud owner of Victory By Choice promotion company, which has traditionally been used to hosting uplifting & inspirational events and platforms designed to showcase the gifts of individuals promoting Light, Love & Empower through personal growth and self awareness.

She is the producer and creator of the Journey To Queendom - Women's Empowerment conference, dual series that was held in Beachwood, Ohio in 2016 & 2017.

This then lead Shadae Carlisa to becoming the Executive Producer & Radio Show host of The Queens Journey Radio show on ElevationsRadio.com aired throughout the country and overseas from 2017-2019. She’s currently developing a YouTube channel to continue her teachings with her online community.

Shadae is also a writer, former columnist, speaker and passionate educator of self-discovery and authenticity. She is a Divine BluPrint Astrologer, an Oracle card reader. As an intuitive and spiritual alchemist she emphasizes the significance of self-discovery, self-awareness & the power of divine alignment within ones self to heal, to evolve, to grow and truly love thy self.
