I am the Executive Director of BNI Qatar. I am also a Business Performance Coach helping CXO's, Business Owners, Entrepreneurs and Decision Makers in organizations of all sizes to upgrade their performance.

I enjoy watching people succeed in what they do... But many a time I see people not succeeding just because they just couldn't surmount a challenge or problem. This has happened to me also in my career. Things worked sometimes, things don't work sometimes. Looking back at the points where I succeeded, I noticed that the success came when I changed my perspective or had someones help to see a different perspective.

This retrospection helped me decide to take up executive performance coaching. I help CXO's, Business Owners, Entrepreneurs and Decision Makers in any organization upgrade their performance. It can be either overcoming certain challenges or it can be about achieving more than what they have ever achieved.

My experience since 2003 as a startup entrepreneur, business owner and currently as Executive Director of BNI Qatar has equipped me with a unique skill set of approaching any problem or challenge as an opportunity by focusing on it with a solution based mindset.
