😎Kundalini yoga and meditation saved my life when I suffered from postpartum depression for 5 years over a decade ago... These days I share these techniques with anyone who is curious.

🐕🐕Outside of “work”, I am a mom and a wife, and I enjoy playing with my 2 rescue dogs. I love nature, camping (as long as there’s a flushable toilet and running water nearby 🤣), and swimming. I’m sure I was a 🧜‍♀️ in one of my past lives...
