Bio

I am an experienced real estate agent that has been selling real estate since 2002. I am an owner of a high producing real estate team since 2004. In 2006 we opened Brett Davis Davis Real Estate in Yarmouth, Maine. In 2020 we decided to join forces and affiliate with eXp Realty.

I own and manage apartment buildings, rental homes and have developed land. I really enjoy working with investors looking to buy investment properties and working with builders and developers to build high quality homes and neighborhoods. I also enjoy helping new agents jump start their careers and experienced agents take it to the next level. Our eXp expansion team now spans several states and countries, I’ve never had this much fun selling real estate.

When I’m not selling real estate, I spend as much time with my wife Sara and 2 children as I can. I enjoy walking in the woods with my dog Baxter, lifting weights with my son, fishing, golfing, hunting, attending high school and professional sports games, following the stock market, drinking good coffee and sitting by a fire.
