I am the owner and practitioner at self-ishlifestyle.com, where I serve as a certified spiritual medium and teacher to demystify the world of spirit and energy. I also work as an NLP Trauma healing Coach and Hypnotist, specializing in the Satir Method of Transformational Systemic Therapy.

My book, Indestructible: The Hidden Gifts of Trauma Krista Nerestant is an inspirational and teaching memoir on how I endured multiple traumas as a child in the Philippines and as a young immigrant in the United States. I transform each trauma into gifts—courage, resilience, forgiveness, and more—succeeding and healing throughout my journey, leading me to become a spiritual medium, trauma healing coach and inspirational leader to my community. Indestructible, inspires survivors to heal from trauma and thrive rather than just survive.

I offer presentations as an inspirational speaker that focus on the power and understanding of the four bodies of our unique SELF—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. My mission and hope that my work will ignite a surge of positivity through living a SELF-ish lifestyle of awareness, responsibility, accountability, and love.
