Hi, I'm Sean Kearney and I help teams do their best work... anywhere.

Once called the "Cheap A.I." by scifi legend William Gibson, I'm passionate the integration of psychology and emerging technology in the new world of work.

For more than 20 years, I've led and supported remote teams in more than 100 organizations around the globe of all sizes, types including startups, non-profits, education, government / military and large organizations in nearly every industry.

Most recently, UpGaged has focused on helping teams better leverage, adopt and embrace collaboration tech including Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and more.

I also have a background and ongoing interest in ambient computing, augmented cognition, collaborative tech, game design, music production and performance, NLP, hypnosis, mentalism, innovation and creativity.
