Sean has studied yoga for nearly 20
Years to find balance and heal his twisted scoliosis spine. Combined with plant medicines these practices have opened his heart and shown him the gift of singing his heart forward. He works through scoliosis, anxiety, depression and ADHD. He is the wounded healer finding his confidence in who he truly is.
