About Me 💭
Growing up I was always slightly more athletic than academic, which lead to developing a burning passion for health, wellness and fitness. Eventually my passion for developing my dream body shifted towards helping others achieve similarly incredible results for themselves.

Looking around the fitness industry I recognized how hypocritical it was to see a personal trainer at a local chain-gym that spouts ill-advice and misinformation while sporting a cheeseburger gut spilling out from underneath their t-shirt...

It was to combat that lack of credibility and authenticity in the fitness industry that I founded the Model Trainers personal training company. Our mission is to teach as many people the same tips, tricks, and skillsets that our team of certified and professional trainers have learned throughout years personal experience. We are the “role model” personal trainers that practice what we preach, and lead by example 365 days per year.

Currently we offer a multitude of online fitness courses, individualized 1-1 coaching via our mobile fitness app, and we’re launching new physical products on Amazon in 2021.
