I make things out of vintage linens and fabrics, giving them a new life. Many times that means cutting around holes and stains, dying and manipulating the fabric. I make my own patterns. I also recycle clothing using it as you would fabric, making re-fashioned garments. Some of what I use: Old lace, vintage buttons, tablecloths, napkins, old upholstery, embroidery samplers, silk scarves, vintage ties, Quilts and any scrap left in that old sewing room!
