Jerry’s career has included a succession of angel, venture-backed and Fortune 100 companies, along with adventures in aviation, yachting and travel abroad. He spends time seasonally between Palm Beach Gardens, FL and Philadelphia, PA.

Corporate positions with Baxter International, First Data Corporation and 3M.

Served on Board of Directors of seven companies including Lifepoint Informatics (Glen Rock, NJ), MRO Corporation (King of Prussia, PA), HSI Health (Santa Rosa, CA), Halfpenny Technologies (Blue Bell, PA), Notifi Health (Exton, PA) and as Chairman of Brandywine Airport (West Chester, PA).

Achieved the rank of Captain in the US Marine Corps, serving as an artillery Guns Platoon Commander as well as Aerial Observer in the OV-10 Bronco aircraft. Served 5 years active duty and 5 years reserves in the USMC.

In 2016 Jerry was awarded the Semper Fidelis Award, which recognizes individuals whose service to our Nation exemplifies the Marine Corps motto to remain “Always Faithful.”

Jerry is a Commercial, Instrument and Multiengine rated pilot. He has flown over 25 different types of aircraft and was owner / operator of a successful aircraft charter - fractional leasing business for over a decade.

Interests include yachting, travelling abroad, music and history.
