➡️ I’m a Life & Business Coach helping people develop a resilient mindset & enhance their communication & EQ skills to succeed during times of crises, conflict & change.

➡️ Having been involved in over 300 kidnap for ransom cases and other similar crises such as piracy, marauding terrorist and cyber extortion attacks, I now also share my experiences as a keynote speaker.

➡️ My experience has enabled me to develop a unique understanding of what makes people think, feel and act regardless of circumstances. I now also train these proven techniques to leaders at all levels of an organisation who are keen to enhance their communication and EQ skills to resolve conflict and have more meaningful and productive conversations with their teams and clients. Something that is crucial during these times of crisis and significant change.

➡️ I also enjoy designing and facilitating immersive table-top exercises based on real kidnap cases to upskill individuals and teams in their leadership, decision making and communication skills under extreme, ‘life or death’ pressure.
