Founder & CEO at S2 Capital

Scott Everett founded S2 capital in 2012 to acquire value add multifamily Real Estate. In the past 9 years as CEO of S2 Capital he has built a Real Estate investment company that has acquired over $4B of multifamily assets totaling 32,000 units units and 3 operating companies that generate annual revenues in excess of $300M with over 600 employees. He has been the recipient of Inc. Magazine 30 under 30 award, Dallas Business Journal 40 under 40, and Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year for the 2018 Southwest region. He is an active investor and board member for multiple early stage companies and enjoys being involved in the growth of early stage ventures. He also contributes significant time and resources to various local charities and is on the board of Dallas Children's Advocacy Center (DCAC) and Children's Cancer Fund (CCF). Scott has 3 children and lives in Dallas, TX.
