Start Ups -> 20 yrs in Silicon Valley, eight start ups (four IPO/unicorns, three acquisitions, one TBD), raised $468m (seed, A-D, debt, IPO), returned $13b.

I am currently obsessed with the concept of the “connected athlete” - using tech for better insight, motivation, connection, and purpose on your fitness journey. I try all the gadgets and communities (Garmin, Polar, Suunto, Coros, Zwift, Peloton, Fitbit, Apple, Strava, Stryd, Whoop, Oura, GMR, Samsung, MyFitnessPal, MapMyRun, Headspace, Pyllars, Wahoo, Hammerhead, Precor, Withings, Ironman, and of course, adidas Running and adidas Training). But Shinrin-Yoku (meditating in the forest) is still my favorite.
