Together with the team was able to achieve a few milestones in my career detailed below :  

1. Led the team which was instrumental in the turnaround of brands like Denver or Medimix in a competitive landscape.  

Instrumental in Medimix’s first brand extension in 2 decades and part of the team which was instrumental in crossing 2000 million INR milestone for Vanesa Care (owner of brands Denver & Envy range of Deodorants and EDPs).

2. Part of the highly successful campaign like ‘Scent of Success’ (Denver ) & ‘ Made of Milk’ ( Havmor ). Although considered pro in media planning and execution, my strength (in my opinion) lies in macro view wrt strategic objective on how each campaign can play its part in achieving the objective. Handled budget from 5 million or 250 million INR.

3. Experience in working with R&D teams & TPUs and launch differentiated NPDs under crunch timelines (TTK Healthcare &           Vanesa Care)

4. Understand both India & Bharat. Been part of different geographies and handled different psychographics across my career.
Working in different parts of India ( Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata & Ahmedabad) does broaden your thinking and make you ready any part of the world.

5. Posses ability to identify the unique need gap, challenge status quo and launch differentiated products within a current environment which build both saliency and topline.
Launch of Divine/Mubaraka range of room freshener ( India’s first room freshener along with divinity) or launch of beer shampoo or Britannia Jim Jam Ice cream.

6. Handled unique BTL like Sabrimala, Sunburn and IPL.
