Ex-WeWork now at VergeSense. Workplace Strategy and Future of Work Enthusiast!
Currently working as a Workplace Strategy - Spatial Insights & Analytics Consultant for enterprise clients. Use synthesized data from sensors, meeting room information and other quantified qualitative metrics to provide bespoke actionable insights and utilization based recommendations as they tie in to client space, people and/or technology. Prior to this, led a team to develop visualization dashboards and key KPI metrics for internal consumption, identifying areas of opportunity for internal growth, optimization and areas of efficiency.
My consulting base comes from my time as a Manager in the Strategy practice at EY, under the Rapid Profit Transformation pillar. Primary focus was to drive efficiencies and revenue generation across financial institutions through cost optimization, recovery analysis, client profitability and process reengineering.
Prior to becoming a consultant, I was a Lead FP&A Analyst for Citi Markets, focusing on client generated revenue metrics across all products. In this role, I highlighted areas of potential efficiency and save opportunities within Markets (Sales & Trading) by monitoring KPIs (including profitability drivers) and expenses for senior management. Additionally, I was on the ABC (Activity Based Costing) team, where I liaised with senior level executives to understand their business area and provide a client service model with key analytical indicators to help gauge performance.
I thoroughly enjoy working on strategic initiatives involving optimization, and working on projects from the build phase (initiation) through closure. Throughout these projects, I look forward to collaborating with people from other teams and businesses to reach a common goal. As a person with management experience, I believe in a 'hands free' approach in tackling a problem to ensure all creative avenues are explored, providing guidance where necessary or requested.
