I started my journey in property development 15 years ago, buying a number of residential properties which I refurbished and then sold on.
LOTS of lessons learnt along the way, unfortunately losing money too 😕
Despite the losses I still realised the gains from selling these properties. I now provide bridging loans at competitive rates and, as I am a private lender, there are no broker fees 😀
