Hi, I’m Kailah (like Kayla) and I am the owner and head spice curator at SSC. I have been cooking professionally for 10 years and owned a small restaurant prior to COVID. I don’t think I’ll be returning to the restaurant industry any time soon so please purchase my handmade spice blends inspired by the restaurant and my cooking journey.

Like many events during quarantine, Savor Spice Co. was birthed out of necessity. I wanted to create something to share with my friends and patrons. I entered the grocery store and noticed that the only goods still available in bulk were fresh produce items. I knew I could not maintain the shelf life of fresh goods or store them efficiently but I was determined to find a solution.

Savor Spice Co. is my fresh solution and I am so excited to share a part of my restaurant and cooking journey with you and your family.

We are also adding limited edition artisanal wine blends to our spice line in 2021. Stay tuned for more information about South African and Californian varietals!!!
