Hello I’m Satoshi Koshikawa.
I live in Tokyo and work Financial Accounting & Tax Office of MUFG & MUFG Bank for my family.

My career during MUFG Bank

1. Corporate sales (for 3 years)

I started my career as a new employee of MUFG Bank.
I was a corporate sale person of Listed companies for 3 years at Shimbashi branch office, consulted financial and advised business plan, especially supported overseas expansion.

Thanks to be in charge of various kinds of industries such as semiconductor manufacturing equipment manufacturers, automobile parts manufacturers, system development companies, material manufacturers, restaurant chains, and japan corporation of major hamburger shops,
I got good at financial analysis of a wide range of industries.


2. Financial Accounting Office of MUFG & MUFG Bank (for 9 years and now)

a. I was responsible for Japanese standard consolidated financial statements for 6 years (including 4 years for the holding company’s consolidation and 2 years for the bank's consolidation).
I played an active role as an all-rounder, settled the accounts, made financial statements, disclosed securities reports.
In addition, I provided a clear guidance for subsidiaries and controlled reorganizations and M&A.

b. I was responsible for bank's standalone accounts and US standard accounts for 2 years, including credit costs, bad debts, loan loss allowances, Deposits and related tax duties.
And, I managed Loan and Deposit team(8 persons) as a leader in US standard accounts.

c. Currently, I manage Tax, Fixed asset and Long-term debt team(10 persons) as a leader for 1 year.
I’m keen on significant projects (System development of fixed asset & expense, Group taxation regime, New leasing standards, Subordinated bond, etc.).

This wasn't a paid job, but I'm learning Python Programming with my son to spread my chances.
