Why do I not tell my workplace that I think differently?

After pondering this question, I realized that apart from family, I had never confidently spoken to anyone about my style of intelligence and dyslexia journey.

While there has been increasing acceptance of learning differences and dyslexia in recent years, it is still an unexplored and untouched subject.

We should all be confident to engage in this discussion, as thinking differently is the key to success and a vibrant, innovative world.
