Caroline Carrington is blessed to have been on spiritual pilgrimage to India. In Vrindavan, she studied Bhakti Yoga and Nada Yoga with Gina Sala and in Varanasi, she studied with Tantra Yoga and Sanskrit scholar Dr Vajish Shastri-ji. She also went to Kolkata for deep immersion in the classical Tantric ritual of Durga Puja with Ekabhumi Ellik & Halley Goswami.  Caroline has practiced Hatha Yoga, Sivananda Yoga, and Ashtanga Yoga for 20 years. She has deepened her practices of Bhakti yoga for the past 10 years studying with Jai Uttal, Krishna Das & Nubia Teixeira (devotees of Neem Karoli Baba).  

Caroline is available for online coaching for individuals and couples and workshops, deep-dive spiritual retreats for both groups and couples in Hawaii, Mexico and California.
