When I shut my gym after 17 years, moved to France 3 years ago, and bought my business online aged 40 with a minimal online presence and very few followers, I was starting almost totally from scratch😌

I needed a plan to minimise the risk. I invested in mentors and set up my first online program on Facebook; that’s when everything changed. I began to help people online successfully without paid ads✔️

After a few months of doing this successfully, I closed my gym, moved to France, and launched my online movement for women – Bosslady.

I loved it and after a few years of online coaching I set up Misfit Mentor, my service to help other wellness coaches and fitpros to do the same!
