Sarah Meister, Founder and Chief Event Officer at SM Event Co, specializes in creating customized event housing solutions for global events by providing a services including room block management, sourcing, contracting and event housing consulting.

Sarah is a leading expert in event strategy and crisis management with over 15 years of experience executing successful events and putting out fires for her clients. She has managed hundreds of events worldwide and, most recently during her time at ConferenceDirect, managed a team of 9 Client Success Managers overseeing 161 events annually representing over 716k room nights booked internationally. In 2018 Sarah was selected by her clients as the Client Success Manager of the year for all of ConferenceDirect. Sarah was the one her clients turned to when there was a critical issue to be solved and she used her years of expertise to provide creative solutions to unique challenges and ultimately to ensure the client’s event was a success.
