I was overweight and unhealthy. I skipped PE at school to sit in music lessons.
Now I’m a fitness presenter and I ran the 2019 London marathon.

Now I welcome all shapes and sizes and I work to build trust among the group to carry each other and realise no size judges another.

I’m not anti-diet but I am anti diet culture. I believe our goals should come from a place of informed choice and not because of media and social influence and I am strongly for HAES.
I believe you should treat yourself with kindness and compassion whatever you choose to do with your health and your aesthetic.
It’s my job to make sure people know the facts and I hope to remove the stress and pressure from their journey!
