Bio

I am the President of LME Investments. I oversee all aspects of LME’s investment process, from due diligence to property management to financing. I am a full time multifamily real estate investor, who owns and manages a portfolio of apartment properties in Los Angeles County. I also help other investors acquire and manage properties locally.

I have been investing in real estate for 20 years. I completed transactions involving vacant lots, agricultural land, and single-family homes, before deciding to focus exclusively on value-add multifamily deals. I have built an extensive network of realtors, contractors, and lenders. This allows me to purchase, renovate and refinance properties in a profitable, efficient manner – and to help other investors do the same. I have closed 50+ transactions during my real estate career.

Before becoming a full-time investor, I worked for 17 years in the corporate world, where I served as Operations Manager for a logistics and transportation company, which generated more than $25 million in annual revenue. I was overseeing a team of dozens of employees and hundreds of independent contractors within just a few years.

I live with my beautiful wife and daughter in the South Bay. I am passionate fitness enthusiast, having completed the Los Angeles Marathon multiple times.
