A human brain is a crazy place, and there are two things that fascinate me the most. First: The amazing collective capability of human minds. And second: the challenge of enabling talent and communities to achieve objectives and realize one’s own potential.

As a leader, my relentless attempt and objective has always been to motivate talent, bring ideas together, influence an outcome, and also optimize and scale for future growth.
