此次《性平法》修法納入軍、警學校及少年矯正學校
《性工法》過去僅限受僱者執行職務期間,忽略特定關係之人性騷擾可能係延續或於工時以外期間發生。此次修法納入非這些特定關係之人如上司、同事、客戶甚至雇主,雙方分屬不同單位,都納入處理。
《性騷法》過去直接排除適用性工法及性平法之性騷擾事件,但三法之適用本可能重疊或有疏漏,故本次修正明定性騷擾處理適用順序,使《性騷法》作為處理性騷擾具一般性地位的法律,改善過去易產生漏接被害人的問題。
