Of many things Pam DJ’d one of 2Pac’s very first record release parties, and near the end of her career was hand picked by Prince to be his DJ (and he renamed her Purple Pam)

In her legacy is the Purple Pam Foundation. Amongst many things they offer scholarships to young girls to go to a top level DJ-ing school.
