I have a Goal to help 221 women in 2021 start to address their drinking habits if it is having a negative impact on their life x

Plus I provide awesome leggings for mummies and teens and tweens to express their inner fun!

From mummy drinking two bottles of wine a night to Sober mummy in six months and challenging the constant social normalising of mummies who drink to get through life.

Showing mummies they they can find themselves again and shelve the need to reach for a bottle each and every time they reach 5pm, get stressed or feel anxious!

Mummies work hard whether you are a single mummy, a working mummy a stay at home mummy, a married mummy and all the in between... we are told we are fine to be drinking oursleves into oblivion everyone is doing it but they are not and we do not need to compromise our mental health, physical health, relationships and businesses because we put drinking at the forefront of solving all our problems
