This is the thing about the heart. It heals. It forgets. The pain that appears to be everlasting eventually fades away, slowly but definitely. The heart suffers and suffers and then it feels better. It doesn't feel heavy. The things kind of settle down. We forget. Life keeps going. We laugh on the days when we felt like giving up. But it takes time. It takes guts. It needs trust. The process is long. We run. We fall. We seek closure. We find it so difficult to admit that it has happened to us. We start doubting ourselves. Everything we do makes us sad. But I want you to trust yourselves in the process. I want to tell you that the night passes and it gets the darkest before the sun comes up. I want you to talk to your friends and your closed ones.
In this long process, don't lose hope. Take small steps. Find something that you love. Give time to yourself. But don't go back to something that gave
you the pain. Don't forget the reason for your suffering.
Don't forget why you here,
doubting yourself. I can feel how you feel. My heart goes to everyone who is suffering. I want my words to reach everyone who is not feeling okay. I am trying my best to be of any help. I hope my words are acting as a friend to you. I love each one of you who is here reading my words. I don't
