I started my career as an extremely passionate hairdresser I Worked for commission based employee based businesses for the first six years of my career knowing from day one I wanted to open a salon and support young talent in achieving their best.
When the opportunity came up I open my first salon, I was at that point a really great hairdresser and had no clue how to be a really great business owner.
I owned my salon for four years before I realized I needed to learn the new skill sets “salon owner”
Salon owner has taking me on the best journey of my life, and it is my passion to share it with other owners to help us be the best leaders managers educators and advocates for one of the best industries in the world.
